We did our daughter’s birthday party here. We were pleased with service, the facility was inviting, kid friendly, and the staff were friendly. The girls had a wonderful time getting pampered, and treated like princesses. Things flowed nicely, there was sufficient staff at each station. The party room was a nice size, very spacious, and it had a T.V. as well. The only thing to know is there is no bathroom in the establishment, so you have to go the food court to take the kids to the bathroom. We would definitely recommend this as a go to for a girls activity.

My daughter had her birthday party there yesterday. Although my daughter and friends had a great time I was really not that impressed.. we were told we would be there for 2.5 hours and we left an one hour and ten minutes later. This morning one of the girls toe polish came off. Now I know they are not certified girls work there but this is crazy.. now I love the concept and the store is awesome we actually had one girl that was in a wheelchair and they went out of there way to work with her but for the money you pay I should have gotten the time allotted

And as mom that does EVERYTHING for her babies birthdays, the ladies there assured me that I can finally relax! I love that my baby saw amazing representation, and how she was also made to feel good about being a girl! As long as they are open, I will always shop with them!

I love the concept of this place I just hate this it isn’t a little more gender inclusive. I wish there was at least a small section for little boys as they deserve to relax and be pampered too. I’m sure there are plenty of other moms who keep on walking past because they also have their sons with them and wouldn’t want them to not feel included. I’m sure it would get more traffic if it was more inclusive .Beautiful place though.

Enjoyed the experience with my niece and her entourage as she celebrated her birthday. The staff was extremely nice and patient. The girls were pampered and learned a couple lessons in self-care. Will definitely visit again.

I love this place! There is nothing else like this in the area. My daughter and friends really enjoyed the royal treatment provided. Everything in this establishment is well thought out, from the greeting to the juice in flutes to all of the wordfully fun and age-appropriate services offered. This place is AMAZING. The service is TOP NOTCH!! I enjoyed every moment that we were there. My daughter turned 5 and she had a blast. Now we are going to have to make standing appointments to keep her cute.
