When I moved to cypress i tried four different salons and was just not happy. When I walked into pamper me nails they were so friendly and very welcoming. I recommend them to all my friends and they love it as well. I just moved from cypress to magnolia and have tried places here but my service will never be like pamper me nails. I will not be going anywhere else. The owner is Angie and her husband are the sweetest and most friendly people you will ever meet. Take my word for it if you are looking for the best nail place ever you have come to the right place. I have been going to see Angie and Lisa at pamper me nails for 6 years and have never had a bad experience. When I moved to cypress i tried four different salons and was just not happy. When I walked into pamper me nails they were so friendly and very welcoming. I recommend them to all my friends and they love it as well. I was looking to try somewhere new since my regular place started getting too comfortable by slacking in service. I read the reviews for Pamper Me Nails and decided to try it. I should have turned around right when I walked in. There are two sides with pedicure chairs. They sat my friend and I right next to the only other pedicure client in there. I don’t mind sitting next to others but the space between was tight. There was no where for me to set my purse or my water. The other clients purse was up against my arm. All that space and they put us so close. The technicians had a hard time with space also. My nails are terrible. I have several fingers that the acrylic is on my cuticle and it hurts. They are thick on the other nails where they weren’t filed down well near the cuticle. The technician that did my pedicure was drilling my old shellac off and it burned. My shellac on my toes isn’t really shiny. They were talking so loud in their native language that it was impossible to relax. My friend asked for a mimosa and never got it. When it was time to pay they were pricey considering the service and environment. They only want you to tip in cash which is very inconvenient for most. I still hate my nails and toes almost a week later. For the price I’d try somewhere else if you want to relax. Pic from today, a week later. Showing the “lip” where it wasn’t filed right.

Just got my nails done and I love them. They worked so hard and I got a complicated design so when one woman couldn’t do it another stepped in so they could be perfect. The prices are a bit up there but overall I’ve had amazing experiences here and love the people and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Walked in just now to get a manicure and I wondered if the place was really open…lights were off for most of it and only like 2 chairs being used…I decided to leave because one of the employees had a crying baby in a stroller and a toddler running around. That just did not seem like a relaxing spa experience for me…I understand people sometimes have child care issues but I was just not in the mood for it today. Nice people but I just could not hear a crying baby and screaming toddler today on my day off…

Jolie is THE best at doing dip nails. She always takes her time to make them perfect. In the past when I’ve gotten dip nails, after 2 weeks they start to lift. I’ve never had that problem when Jolie does them. The pedicures are always amazing. Prices are very fair considering the excellent quality of work and service.

I have been going to the same salon for about 8 years. I had a surprise business meeting come up and i looked down and realize i had like 3 nails on each hand and it was about 7:00pm. I just so happened to pull up to Pamper Me Nails, not even realizing they were closed. Angie opened the door and said no it’s okay I’ll do your nails. I was very impressed by this gesture! To stay after she closed the shop to do my nails and i wasn’t a regular client. I was very happy! I still didn’t want to leave my regular salon, so I said let me try them again! I went back on a Saturday and I had an amazing experience! Between Long, Angie, and Angie’s husband I laughed hysterically and I didn’t want to leave! I am so happy I have found a place that is down to earth, clean, and feels like family. ❤️

I’m super disappointed. Everyone was nice, however, I got acrylic tips and one of them didn’t even last a full 24 hours. It’s only been 8 hours and one of them already broke and that was just with me chilling at the house. Plus I’m leaving on a cruise early tomorrow morning so it’s not like I can go in and get it fixed. Super frustrating.
