Pamper me nail spa

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI don’t normally write reviews, but I had an awful experience here. When I showed a picture of the nails I wanted, he said he could do them but they would just be a little different. They were not a little different they were completely wrong. I told him they weren’t the same but he said they couldn’t be exactly same because of the small length difference. When I went to go get them redone somewhere else, the woman there also informed me that the acrylics were extremely thick, stuck to my cuticles, and potentially damaging for the growth of my nails. It took her an hour just to get them off of my cuticles and then was able to reshape them. The atmosphere there as well was not the best, a woman came in for a pedicure she was scheduled for and waited half an hour while he finished my nails because there was only two people working on the whole salon. She then was yelling at him and at me because it was taking too long. I would not recommend anyone go here. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am very happy with this salon. No one rushes you and they take the time to do every service correctly. Very pleasant atmosphere and plenty of returning customers.
