Made an appointment for an acrylic refill with gel manicure and a pedicure. Kevin berated me in front of customers for being too picky when I pointed out that nails on my right hand were longer than the left hand. He was rude and very rough. Less than 24 hours later my nails are chipping. I normally go every three weeks because my nails grow out. I’ve never had them chip. When paying 90.00 for a service I expect that I can receive satisfactory service and not be treated as though I’m a problem when I request a problem be corrected. I’m not sure why Kevin feels he can talk down to customers but I will not be returning.

So before I came here,I went to the one in cmch,they were full,I ask the price,she says 30.so I call the Rio G. one on the phone told him exactly what I wanted and asked the price it would be, they say 30 I say okay I go there I checked the sign it says 30 I’m charged 45 at the end for a fill. And I told them it was acrylic gel. They make it look like they’re doing a good job by taking so long but I’ve never had such a BAD manicure, my nails started to lift after ONE week! Then fell off the next, never has that happened to me, and I’ve been getting my nails done on and off over ten years! I will never go back here, I don’t even believe half these reviews are even real, because my friend went with me and has had the same problems. I’m very disappointed at my nails. I don’t even live in Cape May and I did my nails at this place because it had good reviews. I got a simple gel manicure with a French line my lines are crooked this is the worst nail job I ever had. Nail polish is clumpy. Never coming here again. They charged me $50 for natural oval nails that are not even long $50! And they’re not even cute

This place is ridiculous. I went in thinking I was going to be able to pick out what I wanted to do with my nails. Instead My nail tech, who I believe is possibly named Kevin? argued with me on what looked better. I thought this was absolutely ridiculous since I’m the person there who is paying for my nails, not him.

I am on vacation and had to get my nails done so i decided to come here. my nails came out amazing!! but…. they told us we would have a 30 minute wait but it ended up being a 90 MINUTE WAIT!!! on top of that it took 90+ minutes for just my nails!!! the staff was polite but very multitasked. i cant even count the amount of times my nail tech stopped my nails to answer the phone.

I got a normal pedi and gel mani. My technician was male but i didn’t get his name. He did a great job with both and really took his time which was wonderful. This is probably my 4th time coming over the years and I love it here. Only critic is maybe file a bit on the sides after the top gel coat bc it feel’s unfinished ( not terrible tho!)
