Love this place! Debbie is the best and always takes her time to help me pick a color with great recommendations. My dip powder lasts 3 weeks! I recommend making an appointment because they are busy, and value their clients. It’s only fair that you are on time and keep your appointment time if you want the best service. They do their best to accommodate last minute changes by the clients and walk in appointments.

The girl at the desk seemed confused when I arrived at my scheduled time and after overhearing her talk to one of the workers it became clear that they had overbooked. I was still seated promptly and the woman completely my fill in in just under 30 min. Most places take up to an hour, and it wouldn’t have been a big deal to me that they did it so quickly if they had actually done a good job. I had to ask her to do another layer of the nail polish because you can see streaks of color on the nail. No one bothered to ask me if I would like a drink, even though all the other women around me were asked. Finally I get to register and I find out that I was charged $15 extra for the shape of my nail/ cut down. My nails were already an almond shape so asking her to keep the same shape should not have resulted in an extra charge. A week late the gel polish is already chipping off. For an $80 fill in I would have expected better customer service and better quality of work. That was my first and last time there.

I absolutely love this place. I get a nail dip with Tracey. I can’t say enough about how natural and perfect her manicures are. I often get pedicures with other members of the service team and they truly make it a work of art. How perfect they do your pedicure. No need to go any place else.

I was a walk in about a week before Christmas….my nails were AWFUL acrylics! These ladies got to work on them right away and I left with an awesome dip color (my first dip!) It’s lasted forever! Friendly and cost less than I expected!

My best friend and I have been trying to find a consistent nail place to use in the area. She called and asked if I’d like to try “Pamper me nail bar” as it is one of the closest to us. After reading the reviews I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said let’s give it a try! She called and scheduled 2 appointments for 430… they were scheduled maybe 2 hours before the appointment time so staffing shouldn’t have been an issue. We arrived at our time of appointment, picked colors and proceeded to be seated in pedicure chairs. They only acknowledged me for the first hour as she was sitting right next to me not even greeted. The nail tech that was doing my nails asked me if I needed a drink or anything not once but TWICE and still didn’t even acknowledge her. I was so shocked by the level of customer service we received in this establishment. When I was asked what pedicure I wanted I pointed to the paper “37$ classic pedicure” and clearly stated I was getting NO GEL. I suppose I wasn’t clear enough about that because she proceeded to do gel and I was charged 60$. NEVER AGAIN! I’m not sure how gel nail polish raises my price 23$ anyways. I guess once I was almost finished and they FINALLY tried to remove her polish and she refused to let them at that point they felt like they needed to charge me extra to compensate for their ignorance. SMH

Pamper Me Nail Bar is the best! I moved around the area in the fall and had trouble finding a nail salon that I trusted. This has been my third time back and they never disappoint. Every employee is willing to help out and are so welcoming. The salon is clean and well run by the amazing owners and employees. I love a salon that takes their time with each client and I am so glad to find a place where that is the case every single visit. You guys are awesome 🙂

I came to this establishment with my 95 year old grandmother and my mom, as a special way to spend time. I was seated and my dog was asleep behind my chair (for the pedicure). I had my feet in the water and had picked my color and the person who would be doing my nails was about to begin. A woman who had been there the whole time and works there came over and said I had to leave because of the dog. I said he was a service dog and she asked for paper work – by the way, this is illegal to inquire about the type of disability I have. She then claimed he needed to be wearing a service vest – also not a legal requirement. I didn’t make a scene because I wanted my 95 year old grandmother to have a positive experience at the salon she called “fancy” and was so grateful and excited to see. I’m happy they kicked me out because I don’t want to give additional business to anyone who steals precious family time. I would suggest giving your money to a business with value and morals. Not kicking out an innocent person/ dog who was asleep!!!!

Debbie is not only my nail tech, but she is a friend. She is definitely a one of a kind nail artist. Every single time I go to see debbie, she gives me exactly what I am looking for. She never fails to go out of her way to greet me, even if she is with customers. She always makes me feel so special and like a top priority even if she has to stop and help other people while taking care of me. Debbie is the owner of the shop, she’s going to have to stop and help people while she’s helping her customers. It’s her job, and she’s great at it. People sometimes forget she is the owner and that she has a job to do to her staff and her customers, and they give her smack for it. Well, I say to heck with them! Debbie is awesome and I wouldn’t trade her for the world!!!
