I’ve only been coming here for a few months, but the experience has been phenomenal. This is a small hair salon, in terms of size. However, the staff is welcoming and makes an effort to get to know you as a person.

Pammy has been doing my hair my husbands hair and our 3 kids hair for years!!! She is awesome. My little girl has Autism and Pammy is so sweet and gentle and very very patient. She also knows families are on a budget so she is so very reasonable we followed her from fox River grove to Cary when she moved!! I love this place!!

Pam never answers or returns my phone calls to schedule appointments. When I brought it to her attention during my child’s following walk-in haircut she told me her preferred method of communication is text messaging….. when I sent her a text she didn’t respond. Even when I tried to schedule our appointments with her in advance she was a no call/no show on 3 separate occasions. I have tried to be understanding and give her the benefit of the doubt, but failing to show up 3 times in a row is simply unacceptable. We will be taking our business elsewhere
