If you already have your nails done from another shop this is not the place to go try for the first time. I called to make appointment she stated they don’t remove product from another place. It’s a easy soak off and start fresh was my thoughts. They don’t offer dipping powders either. I was looking for a new shop but I guess not.

Very friendly technicians.One of the most spotless spas I have been serviced at. No waiting, prices r great and affordable. I will definitely be going back, like being taken by appointments. Appreciated how they accommodated me for service I didn’t previously make at the time I made appointment. They r definitely working in guidelines of the pandemic.

I called Pals Nails…and was able to make a same day appointment for a mani/pedi. My technician was Leah and although she could only schedule me for a pedicure, I appreciated the appointment on such short notice. When I called the salon, Leah was kind and professional over the phone. When I arrived I was greeted, treated and spoken to with respect. It was refreshing to hear conversations in English and not in a FOREIGN LANGUAGE, which can be extremely uncomfortable. NOT ONCE DID I EVER SMELL CHEMICALS. The salon is quaint but looked/smelled very clean and organized. Thanks Leah for making my experience pleasurable!

This was my first time going to this place and I will definitely be coming back! It’s a little more expensive than most places but absolutely worth it! The service is amazing, they’re super nice, and they did a great job on my toes. You need to make an appointment for sure.
