Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve never gotten my nails done here but I got a call at 8am today when I was trying to sleep (I work nights so I sleep they the day) they claimed I made appointment when I did not. I had called them last week but never set anything up. I felt this was very unprofessional considering I never set anything up and they had accused me of just trying to get out of my appointment when I had none.
