Charged $117 for Hair color , not what I wanted at all! My family did not even notice a difference. What a joke! Now I tried to bleach my hair on my own a little over a year ago and it went badly so I have obvious breakage. However, I felt uncomfortable and uneasy because I did feel the girl did not want touch my hair really. Perhaps its my fault because I needed find someone who knows hair color really well and could help correct my issue and help me get what Im looking for! The keratin treatment I received here 2 weeks prior is hardly even an improvement and that was $150 by the way. The staff was overall friendly and not rude but I do feel very cheated out of my money. And by the end of the attempt of color; I just wanted to get out of there. Needless to say I will not go back.

While the conversation was friendly, the haircut was horrific. I was charged $150 to have a lot shorter spots on one side of my head than the other. Before we started, I showed her a picture of my hair before and asked her if she could cut it like that, she says Yea, she does it all the time. I will post pictures so you can see my hair I had done previously and my hair I had done here. The prettier haircut with the obvious color difference was my previous hair style. I don’t mind paying $150 for a good job, that’s perfectly fine, but this obviously was not. She didn’t give me a mirror to check out the back of my hair before I left either..I guess there was a reason. Not only that, but she said $150 and I gave her $200 and told her to keep $20..Which means I would get $30 back, right? Wrong, I saw her at the register complaining to one of the other stylist of her tip and walked back and gave me $10. You know who you are and were not worth a $40 tip! I let her have it since her work proves that she must be hard up, even though that is STEALING, but I will never return there again!! Make sure to watch the money they give you back!
