Asked for a low fade with 1 inch off the top and provided a photo. She gave me a mid fade very uneven, and very obvious messed up, during the end of the cut she told me she was going to fade it higher without asking me if I liked it or letting me see. Made comments to a coworker that I asked for it to be that short which I most certainly didn’t.

So close to home and the owner is so sweet…the atmosphere has a way of relaxing you and inspiring you at the same time…and with 1/2 of the open space dedicated to a boutique…you can shop while u sit!! Just a very unique and inviting place…2 thumbs up! The haircut and hair coloring was fabulous too!…they all know what they are doing….and just when you think they have it all…right there in the corner as you walk in there is a delightful gal doing nails! I can’t say enough good things about Jamie and Palmetto Roots. Very comfortable atmosphere, laid back. She took the time to listen to my wants and did a fabulous job on my cut and highlights, will definitely be back! Added bonus that they are only 5 miles from me but would also be worth a drive.
