I was previously in NYC and after having left I was very nervous about finding a reputable barber. Nelson is the man – this is a 1 man shop and he is great. He knew what he was doing and gave me one of the better haircuts of my life. Reasonable rate and very nice shop as well. Oh, and we started on time for my appointment, which was huge. I’m down in Ponte Vedra for 2020 during COVID. I was previously in NYC and after having left I was very nervous about finding a reputable barber. Nelson is the man – this is a 1 man shop and he is great. He knew what he was doing and gave me one of the better haircuts of my life. Reasonable rate and very nice shop as well. I have searched for YEARS for a decent barber in the beaches area. I finally found not only a decent barber, but an EXCELLENT barber! Nelson is AMAZING! So happy he opened his own place. I used to drive to Orlando, just to get a good, quality haircut from a good, quality barber. I have searched for YEARS for a decent barber in the beaches area. I finally found not only a decent barber, but an EXCELLENT barber! Nelson is AMAZING! So happy he opened his own place. After going to many other barber shops my whole life, I’ve never had the experience like the one Nelson gives. First off, I got the best haircut I’ve ever had. He seems to be rushed and then gets rude with his customers if they ask for the time they pay for. Then he just brags that he is a master barber and says all his cuts are just flawless.
