Great service even while I had my 3yr old running around, I didn’t have anyone to help me & I needed my nails done for an event out of town tomorrow. I would have given 5 stars but the tech did cut me twice (once on my finger & once on my toe) but not bad & I have a high pain tolerance so I still give 4 stars and they helped put up with my toddler. I would recommend and I’ll try again with no kids 🙂

I’ve been twice before and both times were great. This third time they seemed to over book themselves. We had a party of 4 for 4 pedis. They had 3 people to help with pedis and 1 doing manicures. The rest of my party was done and then I was started on. The guy that did my nails was nice, gave us water and candy. However, he rushed my pedi. Our appointment was at 615. At 7, 7:10 & 7:15 more clients came in and you could see him get frustrated. I have multiple nails that are sharp from being cut but not filed well. There’s lines in the paint of my big toes and multiple toes aren’t fully painted in.

they are so friendly here great customer service , but I was extremely disappointed with my service. They were extremely UNSANITARY. and my toes look like a child did them, they just kept filing them down as well it was painful. They also painted them a random color that I didn’t pick, they didn’t clean the stones that they used on me they proceeded to use them on another random guest, they even used the same toe pieces that separates the toes, on me and the my guest. That was not sanitary AT ALL. also took over 2 hours for one pedicure and it was extremely expensive for a service I wasn’t even happy with..

I live across the street from this place and had never decided to go get my nails done there before. I decided to check it out and I was really surprised. Jasmine was very nice and welcoming. She said that they are the new owners of the place and that they are focusing on customer service and making sure their work is always great. And sure enough she did just that. I got a deluxe pedicure and a dip manicure. I am happy with both services. At the end, Jasmine thanked me and let me know she hopes to see me again. I will definitely go back especially because it’s less than 5 minutes from my house.
