Was dog sitting in palm coast and was 3 weeks past my last nail appointment so I decided to stop in here. Got a new set. My nails were pretty long and I wanted to keep the length but just shape them. Somehow I ended up with nails of all different lengths and shapes. The polish is bubbly and thick. The staff was very kind but totally messed up my nails.

The people were nice. The manicure person used the same towel for 3 clients in a row including myself. The pedicure was done good but the polish was left dirty on the sides for my wife. Do not go here!! I wanted ombré and it was so stark a difference it looked like I painted my nails white and dipped the tips in blue paint. I told her it was unacceptable and to do a solid blue… well she had a terrible attitude and did a sloppy job. When I originally called them I told them what I was wanting (blue to light blue ombré with snowflakes) and was told $40. This garbage cost me $75!!! I refused to pay the extra 10 for ombré because that’s not what I received and I was given horrible attitude. Save your hard earned money and don’t go here!!!

I have been going to Palm Nails for over 10 years and have always had exemplary service. Paulina is my nail tech and she does a great job. She is very friendly and talented. I have even taken my teenage daughter is for special occasion nails and she came out with beautiful nail art that looked just like the example she showed her tech Selena. The new location is absolutely beautiful. Everything is new. I would highly recommend Palm Nails to anyone.

It is easy to make an appointment and have a pedicure done before my nails and always stay on time. My nails always look great and I can be sure that they will last and have a quality that I appreciate. I consistently get good service even if I take a different operator to do a pedicure. She has amazing people skills, made me feel at ease as I was nervous. Described what she was doing and was very gentle but effective. It was my first time here and the experience was great! I don’t know what the old space looked like, but I love the atmosphere of the new space. I got a fill with gel polish and a shape change.
