I got a new debit card so I took it in before the end of the month so that they would be able to run my correct card on the 1st. When I went into tan they did not have it set up correctly and I was given a late charge. On top of that my monthly payment of $14 got changed to $17. I have been a loyal customer and have been going there for months but now I will never come back.

The establishment is always very clean and the girls behind the counter are friendly but I find the 24 hour minimum between tans a bit too restrictive. I understand their safety concerns but I imagine a once a day or even a 20 hour policy would be sufficient. I just end up going less than I want to as my daily routine changes throughout the week.
