Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismWorst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life . This place is a total scam ! I froze my account because I got pregnant and I ended up moving and never had a chance to come cancel my membership. Long story short I accumulated over $100 in tan dollars and they wouldn’t let me use my tan dollars (MY store credit that I PAID for) unless if I reactivated my account . I was either FORCED to pay $60 for a month of tanning that I wouldn’t even be able to use because I live 2 hours away or just cancel my membership and my tan dollars go to waste . Sad thing is I used to be an employee at PBT and my salon would never be so unsympathetic. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life . This place is a total scam ! I froze my account because I got pregnant and I ended up moving and never had a chance to come cancel my membership. Positive: QualityI was going on vacation in February and I needed to get color fast. The employees helped me get a membership set up really quick and it was extremely easy, the managers are always willing to work with you. The employees helped me get a membership set up really quick and it was extremely easy, the managers are always willing to work with you. Highly recommend. Professional and helpful. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It was my first time spray tanning, and didn’t know where to begin. The gal at the front desk walked me through everything, gave suggestions and went step by step with me on the process. She made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be coming back.

I was hoping to find an affordable, convenient location to have a continuous membership this year but when I took the sales coupon I found at my gym to the salon, I was told that since I’d had a short membership with these guys almost 10 years ago (that I had a horrible experience canceling), I was only eligible for full price rates. $14.95/month vs $60+/month is a huge budget difference so I won’t be using their service beyond my one month.

Great customer service! Bought a month of service, being busy with work and unexpected trips out of the city, haven’t had a chance to use the service. When came back next month, the owner was kind enough to prorate. Highest level beds are amazing! Def highest quality beds in Spokane.

I purchased a package. At the time I wasn’t going to get one because I don’t go that often and they told me I had to use it all in 3 months. The girl said it was fine and she’d extend it for me. I happily purchased the package. When my 3 months was up, I still had half my package. I went in and they told me my tans had expired. I told them what I was promised and that I was upset. The girl at the front called the manager and only extended for a month. I said that’s unfair. She said if I didn’t use all of them, they’d extend it again. So I went the end of October and had one tan left. She said she would extend until the end of November. I drove all the way over there to only have the girl at the front tell me now I had no tans. She politely called the owner, was on the phone for 5 seconds and told me too bad. Ive been a customer at Palm Beach for years on and off in different States. This is horrible customer service and I do not appreciate how I was treated. I would give them no stars if it was an option.
