This place is aweful. Staff are super rude, they overcharge and won’t allow full tans. So yoy pay for a higher bed to get a more powerful tan and they won’t allow you to go for more than what they deem us a “good amount of time”. So the bed allows for a 12 minute tan but I’m told I can onlt tan for 6 minutes for several weeks, after I paid over 100$ for the most expensive tan package. This is a scam!

Bella at the counter was super helpful and nice. I have not received service like that at any other solon I had been to in the past. The beds are very nice and the place is kept very clean. Definitely glad I gave PB a shot.

I was not impressed on their tactics to get you into a membership. I walked in wanting to just purchase 1 tan, and the staff was very pushy about getting me into a membership. I was on my lunch break and pressed for time and she did her entire speech on every bed they have and then hit me with membership prices, and that is NOT what I asked for. Finally after 10+ minutes I was able to get a single tan price out of her and it was $11 for this bed in their back that looked like it was from the 80’s……NO THANKS. I left immediately and went straight to Tan Republic, where I should have in the first place.

Very unhappy that I cannot choose the minutes I want to tan for. While I understand having company policies, I am an adult who’s been tanning for years. I know my own skin, and to have a new company take over and try to control the money I spent while it was still Bronze Planet, just isn’t right.
