I love this place. The staff are so nice. Most remember me, they are.always so helpful and its just an all around happy place to be. I know it can be kind of pricey but the beds are really good quality and they have many options too. I’ve been tanning a long.time and this would be the place I’d recommend to my friends.

The products and services were presented in a very knowledgeable manner, yet personalized to my needs. The woman behind the counter yesterday was the epitome of professional under stress (by herself, many customers present, a rather pretentious customer thrown in the mix (which she handled beautifully)). The facility is always clean. Always has a big array of products to offer. Just wish all the employees were given the authority to make decisions, instead of having to wait for managers’ shifts; after all, the employees responding to customers’ issues at the time they are presented should be able to offer the customers resolution on the spot.

When it comes to the products prices etc. they are higher end and tell you things they were taught to say in sales class in order to gain sales. So overall not a fan of palm beach HOWEVER…. At this location there is an employee and I should get her name and she is too good to be in her role. The current manager is not personable and has seen me more than anyone but still doesn’t know my name. This employee met me once and remembered the glasses I wore too, after meeting once. I gave her some attitude even and she remained calm and professional while I have observed the current manager being argumentative and rude to customers that aren’t happy already. She is manager material so if this company doesn’t value and promote I am coming for her to recruit for a company that wouldn’t waste her intelligence and composure. She is the only reason I stayed as long as I did. She is 22 but more mature and responsible than anyone I know her age especially.

I agree with the review regarding the manager. In fact, I entered the google site for the purpose of writing a review about her. I don’t write reviews often, but I feel I need to in this instance. I have observed the manager (name tag says she is manager) being rude and belittling to other employees in front of me ( the customer). She has also been rude and condescending to a close friend of mine. She just seems to have a very poor attitude in general. I’m not sure if she is unhappy with her life or she is letting the fact that she is the manager of a tanning salon go to her head. Either way, she is the first and only employee there who I have ever seen be rude. All other employees have always been very pleasant which is something I have always liked.

Well apparently your required to give these snakes a star. Let the record show I vote 0 stars.. These guys make money by making it difficult for people to stop doing business with them. Once they have access to your account they seem think it’s a cookie jar. We have excellent banking records. My wife and I went over our account and we realized that not only are they still charging us but they have charged us 2 extra payments beyond what is possible. I went in on what thought was my last day with them and they told me I no longer had an account with them. I did not argue it because I’d rather cut ties with them than receive one more tan. This all happened 2 or 3 months ago. January rolls around and they start charging my bank account again. These people will help themselves to your account hoping you will not notice. I am willing to bet that most of these people saying how great Palm Beach tan is are probably friends and employees. I’m looking forward to seeing the rave reviews that will follow these complaints in order boost there ratings back up.

I started my services at the Broadway location but moved to Troutdale last year and have been tanning at this location ever service since. The employees are friendly however there is an extremely high turn over in staff and management. In the last 6 months it seems to be a totally new staff and I have had an extended wait every visit, regardless of the day or time. The only stand up has been broken for a while now. I have wanted to discuss my account and make some changes but the employees can barely keep up with checking people in and cleaning the beds… A 10 minute tan should not take 45 minutes.
