This location used to be great but they seem to always be out of a product or closed for some random reason. Because of this I call before I go. They no longer answer the phone so I don’t bother going here anymore.

This location is awful. I went to the Johnson Creek location and the owners closed it down because they said it wasn’t making enough money. Yet it was always busy and had a wait, so it makes no sense. They merged everyone to this smaller Clackamas location and it’s terrible. The rooms are tiny without good ventilation so it’s unbearably hot. The beds are old and not well maintained. It’s closed during business hours constantly due to technical issues, yet don’t give discounts to make up for it. A lot of the people that work there have bad attitudes and are rude. I came to hate having to go there.

Horrible service. They closed down Johnson creek and took my monthly payment out of my account without noticing me. Finally after 3 phone calls tried to use the online service it did not go through. Jackie called me back to say they closed but an email went out to customer. I did not get an email. I told her u have only tanned twice since month of may. I asked for a full refund for may and June since they took money and closed the doors. She said she could only give me half the amount since closing without notification. I told her that was not good enough. I asked for the regional manager to call and she was not it. I understand closing but not notify I asked her for the email and sh did not proof. They will not give past amounts but they will take your money and close they doors. I told her that was fraud. Did not even acknowledge my concerns about that. Still waiting for a resolution. Don’t go and try to talk to Jackie who is not regional manager or even owner. She has no clue terrible misguided information! Do not give them your credit card information. However, the other branch was really nice and helpful.

We regularly go to the location on 78th st. Due to different job site locations at times we venture out. But everyone at all of them are great. I want to give a props out to Malachi. I have seen him at 2 locations, the first time he sold me on an upgrade with only $5 in my pocket, he researched and found $10 rewards on my acct and made the sale and this was minutes before closing. He’s a keeper.

Although this was my old tanning salon favorite, I enjoy coming here. There is high pressure sales tactics performed here, but I am very candid with the girls. Amanda the manager is very nice, I like the greeting she gives me & makes it feel very personable here. She is a sweetheart. I do enjoy this salon.

Very clean and well maintained. Impressed that after a few visits staff knows my name, and check-in is a breeze. Staff a bit “pushy” at times with the “selling”, but that’s their job!! Overall a great experience.

I bounce between this location because it’s close to work and the Oregon City location because it’s close to home. I definitely prefer the Clackamas location. (No hate on the OC location tho at all). Its seems larger, rooms aren’t as crowded, music in all the beds (OC location only had music in the top of the line beds). Staff is always friendly and the beds are well maintained.
