I’ve been mainly going to this location the past couple months due to issues at my former neighborhood location at NW Portland where myself, former employee and other customers were left feeling extremely uncomfortable with an employee coming in heavily under the influence. While I miss my old location and how it used to be this location is doing it right. Most importantly it’s the staff that makes it welcoming. The manager and the rest of the staff are always friendly, never pushy but are knowledgeable about products and what deals I might be interested in and have never done anything to make myself or any other customers uncomfortable. Also the beds are always clean!

The place is great, there is one employee that is always difficult to deal with. My plan has the beds I love to use and I have to argue to be able to use it. I do understand she has a job to do and part of that is to help guide us to a beautiful tan. Yet, I know my skin better than anyone else and I just want to use the bed I request, without arguing.

My Customer care is always great. Very insightful and has best knowledge about sunless tanning products. The booth is always clean and ready when I enter the room. They do often run out of the organic medium spray that I love but always have a medium tone when I come in and love the smiles I’m greeted by.

I got to the scholls location 40 minutes before closing and the girl laughed and said no I couldnt spray tan otherwise they would never get out of there. I pay over 90 a month so sorry location has a machine down and business is good but it wont stay good if people can’t receive the services they pay for. I am cancelling after 7 years of being a customer that spends alot of money because this keeps happening and they already were closed and have shortened hours even as covid restrictions lift. Sucks.

The manager at the store is always so helpful and knowledgeable and all three beds and products. After having to watch the manager get treated very badly by a customer she was still very helpful to that customer and never let herself get angry or rude to that customer. She kept a smile on her face and finished helping them and all of the other customers that were there and witnessed how she was treated. I felt so bad for her and I could have never handled myself as well as she did in that situation. All of your employees are well trained and helpful. I am new to spray tanning and all of the employees have been helpful with answering all of my silly questions and telling me what I am doing right and tips to help with the things I was having problems with. It is a joy to come into the store.
