So far so good. They have very competitive rates. The beds are always clean the salon is always clean. The beds are in good repair everything works. And most importantly involves they maintain their bulbs. I just joined I’ve been to about four sessions and I’m already seeing quite a bit of color. Versus another local place I went to 50 days straight and got barely a hint of color. Those places are a waste of time and money if you’re going to tan tan at Palm Beach!!

By far the best tanning salon I’ve been to!! The Stucki location is a hidden gem! On top of being the best salon, it’s also the best of the PBT locations! Not gonna lie, I love that the manager, Hailey is super OCD about the cleanliness of this place! I’ve never seen toilet paper all over the floor of a bathroom(I’ll hold it at other tanning salons!), dust bunnies in the bulb area of the tanning beds(hate staring at these when trying to relax!) and she even set up a little station so customers can clean themselves up, complete with hair ties, baby wipes, hair spray and spray on deodorant (use it every time!)! All the girls are so sweet and engaging each time! They always remember my name and never pressure me to buy/upgrade anything. That alone makes it the first tanning place that has actually allowed me to use it for the reason I signed up…to take a break from my day and relax! Also, works out better for them in the long run because they gain a loyal customer. Thanks ladies!

So far I have had a great experience with this tanning salon. I was looking for a place to go that was close by my home and work that didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I really like that they don’t have contracts so you can pay as you go and if any specials come along you can take advantage of them. I did their upgrade package to one of the highest bed levels which is originally $100/month for only $45/month. They have a wide variety of beds and are very clean. The staff is really friendly and is eager to help me get the best tan possible by recommending lotions, which beds I should use and how long I should be in the beds. I have been to many tanning salons before and I have always felt the staff to be stuck up and rude, not here though. I am definitely glad I decided to go with Palm Beach Tan!

The girls are always welcoming when I come in and always answer my questions the best that they can! I definitely have to give a personal shoutout to the store manager Ruth, she is awesome! I recommend this store to all my friends who want to tan. Good spray tans and beds! Love love love this place!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is not my neighborhood location and I love my neighborhood location off 21st in Portland but this location the girls are super rude especially if you have the basic membership. I’m sure it’s company policy to not offer free upgrades to PBT members but no need to talk down to us especially after all we are all pretty broke due to Covid. Bad wrap due to past ownership and name. This place used to be called Desert Sun Tan awhile back and I heard it was horrible. It’s now Palm Beach tan and all of the employees there are very nice, all know me by first name and greet me every time I come in the door. I was going to give 4 stars because they do push lotion products pretty hard, but what business doesn’t try to up sell their products, and they do have “deals” quite a bit. The place is clean, the equipment is well kept and there is a lot of different kinds of beds. Tell them Justin S. sent you and I think you might even get a better deal if you’re thinking about going because of the referral. Overall I am very satisfied in the two months that I’ve been there. I’ve gotten quite a few upgrades for free and like I said the staff is just really nice and I look forward to going everytime.

I called ahead of time but called the nimbus location to see if my niece had to be with me to cancel the membership. I was told since it’s my account they were using that she didn’t have to be with me. I went into the Griffith location and was greeted abruptly by jaidyn who scolded me about not being able to cancel my nieces account. I explained I had called prior so she said she would do it but proceeded to lecture me over and over. She was the most unprofessional person I’ve had to deal with. She represents the company in a very poor light and don’t think I’d ever go back again. Very disappointing. People like this should not be in customer service.

The WORST service I’ve ever had. I went for a cocktail and was told there would be a small wait because there were a couple girls ahead of me and it’s prom season and that was fine. I bed tan and came out, there’s only 1 girl ahead of me. A woman checks in AFTER me and gets put in immediately. I waited over an hour and never even got the spray tan. You guys need another spray tanner and another manager who isn’t gonna let favorite people cut in line or lie about it straight to my face. I asked the other employee why she was put before me and she told me her manager told her to. Outrageous.
