This location is my favorite of the Costa Mesa because the front desk staff are always so warm and welcoming. One employee gave me particularly great tips for spraying and maintaining my spray tan and answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently.

Horrible Experience! I called PBT and explained that I wanted to join for one month only, and inquired about the pricing. The sales associate on the phone said “OK great! Our rate is usually $29.95 a month, but we have a half off special, so it will be $15.” I went in to the store and was charged $32 because there was a membership fee that I was not told about. I let that go. The next day, when I inquired about giving notice to end my membership, I was told I could not give notice until after my first auto debit was withdrawn, which was 6 weeks later. I was also told that notice must be given by the 26th of the month for the following month. I was roped into 3 months of membership when I specifically told the woman on the phone and a different woman at the counter that I only wanted to tan for a month. Customer service tried to resolve the issue, but refused to refund the money that was auto debited from my account. Instead they offered me $30 with of free products. Since their tanning products are wayyyy over-priced (most are about $100) this did not help me. Horrible, dishonest company. Poor and deceitful business practices. Don’t go there!
