The spray tan doesn’t last but a few days and washes off easily. I’m pretty sure the red light therapy is a crock. I have asked other customers and they don’t seem very impressed either. One of the things I don’t like is that they are attached to my debit card. I think that’s very intrusive and I will be discontinuing my membership. Also, the claim that their spray tan formula has no smell is an out and out lie. As a consumer, I take offense to being misled about a product. If they will lie about that, what won’t they lie about? I found some place that actually does what they say.

Best tanning in So Cal. By far the most knowledgeable, best trained, and we’ll informed staff across all 3 different locations Ive visited. I love this place. The Verity of beds, bed levels, and options for stand up or lay down beds are excellent. Tanning products a tiny bit pricey, but I’ve got no complaints.

I told the girl to freeeze my account since I would be out of town for 3 weeks, GLAD I had my card enabled or else they would of charged me!! I also came back 2 weeks into the month, and they were trying to charge me the reg fee, & also add an additional $10 for my card declining the transaction! No manager was there

Do not go after 8pm!!!! Sadly, bad communication.We were excited to have my daughter tan here since she has used spray booths in other areas numerous times and ATB is close to our home. I called on Sunday to see if I could make an appointment for Wednesday and was told they do not do appointments for spray tans. I also called prior to cover time consuming things like payment and paperwork as I knew we would arrive probably around 8:15 and was told it would be fine and I could do it when we arrived. Even though 8:10 is their usual last walk in. This was the only time she could go for her comps on Saturday and Sunday and this was why I tried to cover any problems prior. We were leaving for a competition in Seattle on Thursday morning so we went Wednesday night ready to go and with no other options. When we arrived at 8:20 we were told we could not get her service. I asked if I could do the paperwork while she sprayed which has always taken ten minutes max and they said no. The young lady called the owner and she said no. Very disappointing as I was hoping to become a regular customer. All star cheer athletes consider tanning part of the uniform and was hoping it would all work out.

I called to notify them of the charge and they just tell me nope you didn’t freeze it, when it was literally a several minute conversation with Summer. I get it, mistakes happen….but where this became highly unprofessional is when they refuse to refund me. I called corporate and they said too bad, and they don’t care. I’ve never dealt with someone so rude and unprofessional in my life at a corporate level. There customer service is disgusting. I called to notify them of the charge and they just tell me nope you didn’t freeze it, when it was literally a several minute conversation with Summer. I’ve been to many tanning salons in my lifetime and I’m very impressed at how organized, pleasant, and extra friendly Shannon is despite how busy she is and all by herself too! I can’t wait to try out the different beds and sprays to reach that optimal tan in only 7 days! Highly recommend this place and this might be my new favorite lunchtime visit.
