Fantastic customer service. They also have the state-of-the-art and top of the line machines that you can use to get the type of tan you want. When you become a member you can use any of their tanning salons across the USA. Sammi was super friendly and explained how each of the machines worked. Great staff.

Less than one star if I could. Beware their membership. Ran through cancel process over the phone with an employee. Sent it two months ago. That’s all they said to do and I did it. Now I got a bill from them, they call to collect and I advised I canceled. They now don’t have a record of me canceling. Now I cancelled again with another employee over the phone this time I got a return email a few days later. The first time I canceled the employee never told me I. Ended that confirmation email several days later. I told her as we did it together over the phone what I did and was advised I was good to go. Now they want to cancel my last cancellation as they saw I have a balance which I’m fighting. What a nightmare and what a scam. Then they want to convince you to go on vacation mode. What a scam.
