Critical: QualityVisiting from out of town, I had called Palm Beach in advance to ask if I was able to purchase a SINGLE tan, I was told yes. Drove there this Am around 8:30, when I went in I was told single tan $30-40$$ so I should do package, I don’t want package only here for 2 days. She then informed me buying a single tan at that price was a WASTE of money since she can only allow me to tan for half the time since it’s my first tan with them. ARE YOU KIDDING? I have a good base tan, told me that was rules. Out the door I went and found CELEBRITY TAN only a few minutes away. No hassle, great service. Visiting from out of town, I had called Palm Beach in advance to ask if I was able to purchase a SINGLE tan, I was told yes. Drove there this Am around 8:30, when I went in I was told single tan $30-40$$ so I should do package, I don’t want package only here for 2 days. Critical: ProfessionalismOnly giving two stars because the place was nice and clean. And again only two stars because the staff is rude and very pushy. You apparently need to have a very good reason not to buy their tanning lotion because they will push and push it on you for sales. I tried to explain I didn’t like using lotion and that it didn’t work with my skin, resulting in redness and irritation. Still tried to push a lotion for sensitive skin. Please take no for an answer. The girl setting up my account described the sensitive lotion and when she was done she added the charge for lotion to my fees without telling me. I never said yes. Good thing I asked about it before I paid them. I told her to take off the lotion and she reluctantly did so. I paid for a months membership and I haven’t been inside the location since that day, weeks ago. Too uncomfortable for me to go back.Only giving two stars because the place was nice and clean. She is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable on tanning when it came to helping me decide which package was right for me! They were running amazing deals. One in particular was very rude to us and got angry when my 15 year old didn’t have a license which she needed to see “due to covid”. Then she rudely shood us out. Never going there again.
