Critical: ValueI had previously bought a “Diamond package” which means credits towards your tanning sessions. No one ever explained these would expire. I specifically told the first representative this would be ideal since I was not interested in the monthly membership. I walk in to use my “credits” they are expired. Then the lady proceeded to try & sell me once again the monthly membership and I declined as it just doesn’t fit my needs. I asked if I could by a single session she said yes it’s $35 however it’s better for you to buy the membership & just “freeze” every time after I come in. I explained to the lady that’s not what I want I don’t want to be responsible for freezing & unfreezing a membership it’s to much of a hassle. I told her once again I’ll just buy the single session today.After all this back & forth she then tells me well you can’t do a full tanning session. I genuinely felt that the only reason she didn’t allow me to tan a full session was solely because I didn’t want to buy a monthly membership as that was never was explained when she was trying to upsell me. I specifically told the first representative this would be ideal since I was not interested in the monthly membership. I walk in to use my “credits” they are expired.
