Highly recommend this location of Palm Beach Tanning. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and beds. Laura is great at explaining which bed is right for what you are trying to achieve. Jade, Mikayla and Laura have been extremely helpful with an IT problem concerning my membership (it’s out of their control but they are making it easy for me). The customer service everyone provides at this location has been excellent. Very clean, very friendly location!

I have been tanning for over 10 years and have went to tons of salons across the US and I have to say I have never had such great consistent customer service as I have here! The current staff is literally perfect; they are all hard workers and genuinely care about the customers. Not only do they care, they are extremely educated about all of the services and products.

I’ve had a membership with palm beach for 3+ years and love their beds and their products. I’d had extremely good customer service and have had the opportunity to give feedback on how to improve customer service with some of the recently hired on. In any event, it was very well received. As far as their customer care reps, 5 stars hands down. I love palm beach and will remain loyal. Even though there are quite a few tanning salons closer to me, the drive it worth it.

Sunless tanning is the perfect solution during the summer with lots of events and activities going on. I am 70 years old and don’t want to risk more spots on my skin, and it is so quick! Laura explained everything and answered my questions, and recommended the best and most economical membership for me. They have long hours at the So Ogden location closest to me, and it has been a very enjoyable experience. I look forward to looking and feeling as good as I can throughout the season!

My social anxiety always made it an exhausting experience until I met her. I’ve been tanning on and off for years at many different places. This is the best salon ever and the girls that work there are fabulous! Especially Jayde–she is always so helpful whenever I have questions about lotions or the different beds they have. I have never been able to get really dark tans until now and even when I froze my membership for a couple months over the holidays, the tan I had built up lasted well and It only took me a couple sessions to work back up to the level I was previously. Love this place!!

Maddy and Laura were extremely helpful and such a joy to work with. I highly recommend this tanning location. Their knowledge about products is amazing, the facility is clean and well put together. They always have me hitting my tanning goals and I’m always ready for my year round trips! I can definitely say in my 5 years of being a member this south Ogden location has won my heart.
