Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have gone to the District location 3 times now, and was completely impressed by the three workers who helped me. They were professional, listened to my questions and concerns, and helped educate me on the different options available and what might work best for me. Spray tanning here beats doing it myself, hands down. Very happy with the results. Squeeky clean facility. Haven’t had to wait for a booth yet either, which has been nice. I have gone to the District location 3 times now, and was completely impressed by the three workers who helped me. They were professional, listened to my questions and concerns, and helped educate me on the different options available and what might work best for me. Spray tanning here beats doing it myself, hands down. Very happy with the results. Squeeky clean facility. Haven’t had to wait for a booth yet either, which has been nice. Critical: ProfessionalismI went in there yesterday at 1:30 pm. The gal at the desk tried to up sell me on a monthly pass as they always do. She argued back and forth with me about the time I requested in the tanning bed and it wasn’t even the max time allowed. I’m not paying 24 bucks( very overpriced) for six minutes and leave with nothing because this chick think she knows my body. Very unprofessional. Very rude. I won’t be going back and all of my immediate family are canceling their monthly passes. I went in there yesterday at 1:30 pm. The gal at the desk tried to up sell me on a monthly pass as they always do. She argued back and forth with me about the time I requested in the tanning bed and it wasn’t even the max time allowed. I’m not paying 24 bucks( very overpriced) for six minutes and leave with nothing because this chick think she knows my body. Very unprofessional. Very rude. The ladies are the best that work here, and they have good attitudes and are friendly towards people. I highly suggest going here to get your tan on for winter time, because these ladies will take care of you. They have sweet deals on lotions, and you get what you pay for, which is a clean facility. There are other tanning salons around (Beaches) that are not as clean, and the girls are not as educated on how to tan safely and what products to use. Palm Beach Tan makes sure all the girls are very educated so they can answer all your questions.Service: TanningI love this place. I love this place. I used to work for them, and it was amazing then, but as a customer, it is so awesome. The ladies are the best that work here, and they have good attitudes and are friendly towards people.
