My boyfriend got me a gift certificate for this place. He worked out a deal with the manager that I’d be able to get unlimited tanning for two months on their silver beds for the amount on the gift card. When I went in on Sunday, they told me that the gift card will only get me five tans. So…..be careful what they tell you. It might be a lie.

I have had a pass with Palm Beach for more than five years! Depending on where I am working, I will go to the shop closest to me. This was the first time coming to the specific store, and I was definitely not impressed! The woman (dark hair, larger set- sorry to say that but she did not have her name tag on) working was sitting on the couch on her phone when I walked in, she did not greet me, did not say a word! Rather, to my surprise, she literally mean mugged me and looked me up and down??

The staff always acts like the customer is an inconvenience. I continue to go back because they have good spray tans. I went in tonight at 9:40pm, which I admit is very late. (I’m getting married in 2 days so things have been very busy). I asked for a spray tan and the staff member said, “I just cleaned the filters…”. I apologized for being so late and explained it was almost my wedding day and asked if there was anyway I could get a tan. I was turned away. I hate being the customer that shows up right before close, but sometimes things happen. I don’t understand why you would stay open until 10PM if you stop services at 9:30PM.
