Today a man got me set up to use the App. When I logged in I found out that my credit card will be billed monthly even though I had asked on sign up if that would be the case. The young girl assisting me on that day told me no I could pay cash or whatever monthly. Clearly this wasn’t the case . So I called and of course got the same brain dead girl on the phone who again didn’t have a clue she just told me I could cancel at anytime. Which isn’t solving anything. To the owners and management staff clearly there needs to be some better training of these people and more than one employee on at a time would be helpful as well. Guess I’m going to cancel at the end of the month……I would like a manager to call or reach out to me on this as I am a bit upset. Haley and Shannon at the Ft Union location have been very professional and helpful in getting the issue resolved AND provided great customer service while I was in the salon! I have never been to get a spray tan. When I arrived the girls were very kind and helped me through the process. Christie Was there and I could tell she was very experience. She helped me get all the items I needed to have the most successful spray tan. Overall for being my first time I am very pleased with my results and the help in guidance I received from Palm Beach Tan.

Nice salon, however the sales people that work here are nice only if you are buying something from them. I purchased a spray on it was buy 1 get one free for about $50. The color my first time was orange and didn’t last long at all. Went in for my second one to try it out one more time and do the same spray on that I was told I already payed for in the beginning. But when I went in they told me I would have to pay and extra $7 to do what I was told I payed for in the beginning. So when I spoke with the manager on duty SARAH she clearly could care less about what I was saying, it was so obvious she just wanted me to just leave and could care less about my experience. She didn’t try to help me at all, she was unprofessional and very rude. DO NOT GO HERE! If you have a problem they treat you like an inconvenience. Very bad customer service. I will never go here again, and I hope this helps other people too.

I am very pleased with the service I received the other evening. Eva helped me, she was so kind and made my night. She didn’t confront me of my past due ballance that I made payment arrangements on from last year with a manager that never edited the notes in their system. (every time I go into tan, a half hour of my time gets waisted because the notes didn’t get changed about my payment arrangements.) Eva made sure I had a smile and asked plenty of professional questions to make sure my needs were met. She also educated me about tanning lotions and facial moisturizers. Every time I have gone to any tanning salon all of the girls are so stuck up, prissy and dramatic. I have worked at a tanning salon before and it was never this bad. I feel like time have changed and companies will hire anyone. But as far as my service from last night, for the first time my needs were met and I was treated with respect. There needs to be more employees like Eva! Thank you!
