Super irritated. Every time I’ve gone in, they allow me the lowest time. I NEVER GET COLOR! I tell them I never burn, and they still say I can only go 6 minutes or 8 minutes. Still, nothing. They put me in a bed they say have new bulbs, half the bulbs were out, and the rest lit were different colors. Not even spread out evenly. Supposedly their bed best. I pay close to $100 a month for this service? No thanks. I’m cancelling.

This is the best palm beach location I’ve ever been to. The staff actually have customer service skills and are friendly and fast and they know what they’re doing. Very clean and open location.

Horrible experience… This was my first time tanning and I figured I’d try it out since I’d heard good things. The lady at the desk explained that since it was my first time I could only go for half the time and talked to me about the stand-up bed etc. Then when I had changed and finished putting lotion on I opened the door and it was already 3 min in! The bed had started on its own! So I stood in there for the few remaining minutes. Didn’t even get tan at all… When I told the lady at the desk, she said “Oh yeah the beds start on their own after 6 min” So I guess just tough luck for me. I looked and it didn’t even say that anywhere, how in the world is someone who hasn’t been just supposed to know that? I feel like that’s a pretty important thing to mention BEFORE someone goes in for the first time. Anyway, major failure by the staff – horrible experience. Paid for a platinum bed and came out no different than when I went in – complete waste of time and money. Wish I hadn’t even gone at all.

I went in on March 30 and tried to buy a monthly pass for $45, they told me that it would be $100 because the last two days of the month were prorated. Basically they said because I was wanting to buy a monthly pass two days before the beginning of the month it would be double. It makes no sense, when I asked them why they said it was just a way to make more money. It was really weird and seemed dishonest. I just wanted to buy a pass, I can’t imagine that they will only sell passes on the first day of the month and have it be the $45 they advertise. Really disappointed and concerned about the ethics of this monthly pass thing.(no reply from a manager, how interesting that they replied to the other many complaints but not this one, I think it is proof there is something fishy going on with the way they do payments)

I panicked, called down and those Amazing Girls, had already wrapped it up and put it away safely for me!! This is Such an AMAZING place!!I cannot explain the relief of knowing My things were safe Becauseof them and their HONESTY.!.PHENOMENAL!! I Have gone there quite some time now, Never had Anyproblems. And I will continue to go . Lifer. Lol.The Girls are Kind , and Phenominal. Its like going to a private Spa for a moment of true relaxation in a kind and clean environment. Julia was a sweetheart and explained everything so well. She gave me many options for lotion and I was able to pick the best for me. This was my first time in this establishment, so she showed me all about the bed. You can Bluetooth your own music and the beds have fans and were so comfortable! I believe the staff cared about their customers to achieve the goal they want. Summer is starting and I needed a jump start on my summer glow. I walked in and immediately was welcomed and got all the details they offer. Julia was a sweetheart and explained everything so well. She gave me many options for lotion and I was able to pick the best for me. This was my first time in this establishment, so she showed me all about the bed. I was really impressed with the customer service going in for my first time today. Taylor helped me walk through the different plans and without me asking, told me about a promo that was going on. She also asked me questions about what I was wanting to achieve, how my skin reacts to the sun and helped me pick the best plan and lotion for my skin. She even picked up on the fact that I had never been to one of their salons before and showed me how to work the buttons. I have been tanning for several years and have never had anyone take any interest in what my what goals with tanning were.. let alone go the extra mile and help me save money and make sure I wasn’t confused in the tanning bed for my first experience. I usually end up confused, pushing buttons and getting burnt. I was so taken back by her willingness to take interest that I felt obligated to highlight her great customer service!

This has been my favorite place to tan! Not only is it close but the beds and rooms are always cleaned well and the bulbs replaced often! I always feel like I’m getting my money’s worth! However, my favorite part is the staff! Ava and Shan are the best! Very helpful, knowledgeable and do their best to make my tanning experience perfect! Highly recommend!!
