I love this tanning salon. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. If you have any questions on lotions or what level you should tan at, anyone that is working can always quickly answer those questions for me! Every time I have been here, the staff is very nice and they always have a smile! Every room and bed is spotless and very clean as well! If Belle is ever working when you visit, she can answer any question you have and is always happy to help! I have thoroughly appreciated the help I have received from Belle each time I come in and she is working! Belle and the rest of the ATB staff rocks!

I started coming to at the beach after using another tanning company for the last 5 years. My mind was blown after walking in the first time. So many tanning levels and options. The girls Sky and Bell are so friendly and knowledgeable on how to build the perfect tan. There is always a great selection of tanning products as well to help keep your skin looking and feeling healthy. I also like that I see them clean the beds between each and every person. Tanning in a clean location makes it all that much better!

It’s too bad I like the experience of tanning so much because this place is the worst. I’ve been in a handful of times and the staff is always rude and smug. They are all young, snotty, overly-tanned girls. A few weeks ago I bought a promotional tan but when I came in to use it the computers were down. The lady working said she couldn’t see anybody’s account to get us started tanning. There was a little crowd gathered waiting. I waited as long as I could but eventually gave up. Tried to use that prepaid tan today and they said it had expired. So, I bought another tan. This girl Belle could not be more disinterested or aloof. It took me a few sessions here to even feel comfortable because no one shows you how to use the equipment. They give you a little washcloth sized towel and then sit at the desk and scroll their Instagram while you figure it out. I am learning after so many visits that a lot of the equipment here is just not in good shape. The music didn’t work on my tanning bed and my tanning session today turned off early. Belle said the bed got too hot from so much use today – even though I was the only customer in the building at the time. I tried to discuss with her that I didn’t get the full experience and she just shrugged it off, just like she shrugged off the tan I paid for which expired because the computers were down. I do like the bottle of extremely overpriced tan excelerator I bought at ATB. I’m going to use my last session and find a better alternative. Customer service is dead all the world around but this place makes MEH an artform.

Skyler! one of the young staff members that works the evening shift was very sneaky about charges to my account,after driving 10 plus miles to do something therapeutic for myself on an already crummy day,this young lady had me leaving feeling even worse! Nit picked my bill/wouldn’t let me tan/ect.. I thought I was doing everything right. Then laughed at me and told me to have a good night sarcastically as I left. She ruined it for me and I won’t go back! I promised her this review at the least. Be advised everyone eles was awesome
