Since my previous post was deleted… Highly unprofessional, rude, and uneducated on their own policy’s. Nicole has given me falsified information regarding my contract a few months back. After going in today to submit my cancellation she stated she no longer has the ability to view my contract information in the system and that ” they only have access to allow people to tan”. I knew this was incorrect. So you can take peoples money and have them sign a contract which is provided at the store but no information can be given???? She continued to smile and laugh with no consideration for my frustration and told me I was “yelling ” at her, completely not true . I was then given the incorrect number to customer service, which is closed on the weekends, to leave a message. The automated message directs you to go to your local store for questions on your contract and cancelation, yet she was unable to help? Its a joke and very upsetting this is the way people conduct their business. Save your money, do not go here.

I decided to try a free week of tanning at this location and it was wonderful! I had heard some negative comments about At the Beach so I was a little bit skeptical to try it out, but I was SO impressed. Friendly staff and SUPER clean facility. I will definitely be buying a package from them. I have tanned many times before so I didn’t need any guidance but all the staff were willing to discuss any products or bed levels to make you feel comfortable in your choices. I would recommend giving them a shot and try tanning at this location!

By far, the best location in Colorado! I will drive out of my way, to tan here. Everyone is always so nice, and knowledgeable! They make you feel at home every time you come in; and they always work the make your experience amazing! The beds are always in great condition, and the products available are awesome!

Great first time experience here! I’ve been to a few different tanning places before and this was my favorite! Heather was so helpful in answering questions and explaining the different packages and deals. She took the time to show the beds and explain the difference between each one. Will definitely be going again!

There’s only 1 lady that works there that has great customer service! Otherwise the customer service is awful, they are relatively knowledgeable of their lotions but they fail to mention things that are on the contract, made me glad I just did a month to month! Even brought my bf in and they did not honor their referral program for me and it was their manager that signed him up with me there! If you can get passed the customer service you will be okay.

Absolutely best customer service from Kristen. When another employee was checking me is she mentioned the 25% off lotion, I then told her i just bought an expensive bottle of lotion and the lid busted in my gym bag just as I was coming in and I wasn’t happy about it and did know what i was going to do with that expensive lotion now. Kristen stepped right in and said it just happened, I told her yes, she asked me to go get the lotion and the bag and she replaced the lotion for me and gave me a special bag for my lotion and eye wear. Totally shocked by this because when i mentioned the issue about the lid on my side of town they only acknowledged that the lid keeps breaking on everyone. Cudos Kristen!! Thank you very much!! You are appreciated 🙂

I don’t normally do reviews, but my expectations and experience I had at At The beach was completely unexpected. I hadn’t been to a tanning salon is years, and after some reviews and things I heard about ATB I was skeptical walking into one of their establishments. But when I arrived, one other woman and myself had same inquiries about the salon. We both received a thorough and informative tour of the different beds and packages. Once it came time for us to make our choices, the employee (I forgot her name she was wonderful ) was not pushy or overwhelming. The other lady happened to want the lowest package and no new lotion, the employee didn’t pressure her to buy anything eles. She simply informed her she could up grade at a later time and if she wanted to enhance her tanning they would help set her up. I personally went with the next up package and bought some new lotion. She was very patient and helpful to help me decide. I was very happy and felt very confident with my decisions and purchases. Plus I did not have to sign some crazy contract, just one month. I would recommend others to give ATB a chance or even a second chance if they were disappointed in past.!
