I wanted to write a review on one of the employees. I called this salon yesterday with some questions and then went in to the actual location. Raven was the gal working and I was so impressed with her. She was so helpful and incredibly kind. I had a ton of questions and she could answer every single one. I was really happy with my experience there and it was fun too. Great job, Raven!

I’m really disappointed in the service. I bought a tanning lotion (Sun and Surf by Cali Step 2 Bronzer) that a blonde female worker there had recommended on Friday 05/13/2022. She said specifically that it also offers sun protection… I used it on a sunny hot day, and come to find out, that I’m sunburned all over my upper body. She was all like, “I use it and don’t get sunburned.” Even her coworker was like, “Really?” she said that. I had my doubts but was unable to return it after I bought it. Apparently she has no idea what she’s talking about! Not to mention it’s $35 and they have a no return policy!

I visit at the beach tanning at least 3 to 5 times a week. They are always very friendly and informative of all of the specials they have going on and needless to say the tanning beds alone and spray tanning OK be the darkest out of any other salon out there. I highly recommend at the beach and especially the one on Grant Street in Thornton.

If I could give them negative stars I would but unfortunately one is the only selection. Never have I had such horrible service from an establishment and from customer service. Melissa who works at the store utterly lacks customer service and obviously hates her job and life. She was completely rude while trying to cancel my membership and didn’t inform me that I HAD to fill out a cancellation form. When I called customer service Mikayla informed me that she had no forms and that there was nothing she could do. So I got charged two months later for a service that they claim is still active because they can’t cancel it. I’m not even in the same state now. The worst store and customer service ever. NO ONE USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU FEEL LIKE HAVING A LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP!

Either there is just one particular person working who needs to work on her customer service who is really slow. I only come here on days Maya is working. She’s so sweet and does such a good job. Poor thing was recently getting yelled at by a lady not wanting to wear a mask and she was so calm the whole time.
