My first time spray tanning.I had so many questions and the girl couldn’t help me, she told me that “she” would help me in the room… she was talking about the machine in the room. There’s no directions on what to do or what’s going to happen in the machine just some pictures you have to memorize… it happens so fast, I don’t know what I was doing and because she was so rushed trying to clean the other rooms and couldn’t help me for my first time I didn’t get an even spray tan. Worst experience ever.

I’ve been to plenty of different tanning bed facilities due to where I have lived (cold winter months limited sunshine) to include other counties and so far I’m not impressed. The sign up process took over 15 minutes for no other reason except the process is too long and repetitive. No stand up beds, what year is this, 1985? The beds seemed clean from what I see but that’s a given however the beds are older and it took me several tries to get it started due to the button itself being nonresponsive..Maybe it’s the cold weather? And the prices are ridiculous for the quality. The Customer Service Representative was polite and friendly so that’s a win? I’d recommend using a gyms tanning beds over this place any day.

I have tanned just about everywhere in Denver, and have left At The Beach in the past due to increasing costs and pushy sales people. However, I recently signed up for two months to get ready for a big trip. It is a bummer that you have to sign a contract, but most places do that. Cancellation was easy enough and I haven’t had trouble in the past. This location is near my work, it’s never busy, always clean and the beds are new and all work properly. The sales team is awesome, they remember you and are really nice. I have never felt pressure to buy anything and they have answered all of my questions. This is easily the best location in Denver.

Brenda is the best! Very knowledgeable, kind and caring person. Actually right now, the whole staff is the best its ever been! The beds are always very clean, and they seem to change their bulbs more often than other tanning salons I’ve been to!
