I recently decided to switch tanning salons and chose Palm Beach. Best decision ever! The young lady that helped me with my membership was so sweet, friendly and very knowledgeable! The salon is very clean and the beds are definitely an “upgrade” from other salons in Lubbock. The lotions are a little pricey but no more than any other salon BUT…I received a 20% discount on the lotion because of the new membership. All in all, I’m very impressed with Palm Beach and look forward to getting my tan on this year!

On today’s visit 5/19/17, I visited to get a spray tan. Manager that checked me in was very rude during check in. She asked me what I wanted to do and I said two.dark bronze and a moisture lock. She said they were all out they only had clear left. She also said I couldn’t do two sprays without getting completely dressed and coming out between each spray. I told her they usually don’t do that? Then she range up the wrong sprays in the wrong order. I feel like I shouldn’t have to pay to be treated so poorly. When leave she didn’t have anything to say not thank you nothing. For a manager to set examples for all employees to treat customers customers this way is just outrageous. I definitely won’t be back and I will tell everyone how I was treated in hour place of so called business.
