04-09-21 Reagan was very friendly and patient with me. She helped me understand the plan I was purchasing. She also helped me get a great deal. ——–05/10/21 However When trying to avoid paying a late fee, because of the wrong info their system generated when you sign up. The management will straight lie to you and tell you they can’t do anything. I guess no one in the whole company has the ability to waver a late fee for a customer. Also don’t expect customer service to get back with you after you email them. Update on 05/26/21 they called me and told me they would reimburse the 10 dollars. It was 6/11/21 when it hit the bank.

The girl who helped me was SUPER nice and helpful. I had never used a tanning bed or anything before but she showed me all their beds and tanning booths, told me about the different kinds of tans I could achieve and the products they offered, and she was great with getting me set up with a membership. Honestly the worst part was the customers, had a couple rude, impatient people come in and be snappy with her while she was getting me set up – not hard to be nice to employees you interact with.

The tanning machines are awesome and there’s a plethora of different types for any need you desire. The reason for the 3 stars is due to the service level (incidentally, Alyssa is excellent but the others not so customer friendly) but the biggest factor are the wait times due to only one person on duty per shift who answers phones, cleans 16 beds at a clip and handles the customers as they walk in. About 75% of the time I come here there is a line of at least 5 people waiting out the door. Again, when management is frugal with payroll (my assumption) and has only one person doing everything then service level takes a hit. If time is precious to you then try another PB location or another establishment. I can only speak for the University location. Lastly, I want to point out their machines are the best I’ve seen and I’ve tried many from coast to coast. I hope management can make some adjustments.

I like the beds and i love how clean everything is. The only nice person that i’ve met that works here is Madison. She is so sweet and helpful. All of the other workers have been so pushy and forceful about buying products or upgrading.

I usually love this location(I’ve been coming here for about 3 years) but have recently been very disappointed. On multiple occasions I have gone into use a bed, I get ready, put on lotion, only to find that the bed doesn’t work. This has happened in the same bed at least 4 times. Not sure why someone hasn’t fixed the issue yet. Also there is another bed that I love to use that has apparently just been out of service for weeks, again doesn’t look as if anyone is coming to fix it. So this leaves only one bed available that is on the plan I pay for. And as you can assume it’s almost always occupied when I come in. So this means I’m always having to tan in lower level beds even though I’m paying for much more. With that being said, the staff is always super friendly and apologetic. And other than the last few months I’ve never had an issue. Hoping that they can get someone out to get the issues fixed!
