I went for a spray tan and I’ve gotten them before however there are alot of things to choose from as far as colors, bronzers, and scents. It seemed that they were confused or maybe confused me to up sale the products. When they gave me the total I was like.. well how is that possible? She read back what she rang up and that wasn’t what I agreed on so we had to go over the products again…just a confusion of sale. I did get my spray tan and I loved it. I also wanted a foam self tanner and glove. Again confusion on what I wanted with the customer service rep. Then the 2 girls turned around and the other girl not waiting on me put the products in the bag but I couldn’t see behind them. When I got home I pull out the product and I wasn’t what I thought I purchased. I called back and spoke to a differnt girl who said I purchased what I read to her that was on the bottle. ( Name of Product) All and all I got the tan but at the expense of confusion and alot of time and kind of pricey. ♀️

I recently came to the salon on Hillside and met with Rudi who was EXCEPTIONAL at her job! She walked me through all of the membership options, answered alllllllllll of my questions, and helped me pick the plan that was right for me! Rudi is truly an incredible employee. I noticed she took time and care with each customer while also making sure the rooms were cleaned and everyone was getting checked in on time. Y’all are lucky to have her!!!!

I called to get some information about your prices and instead of a direct answer to a simple question that I had to ask several times with a responce of ” honey its best for you just to come in ” but NO answer to my simple question I finally hung up and I am now going to go back to my original place of tanning where ALL my question are answered without “beating around the bush ” or telling me to just come in for the details . Every time I go in- I seem to always see miss Bailey! She is always so cheerful and very polite. The lotions are always stocked and look great. The girls let me know what special offers I have available that month. The rooms/beds are always clean! I love this Hillside location.

PSA!! This place doesn’t accept cash because of “Covid” a cashless society is coming if we don’t stop doing this. Most ridiculous thing I’ve heard. Texas Governor says no more masks and business is back up and this place allows hundreds of people to come in and out but doesn’t take cash. Maybe a few customers lost isn’t a big deal but eventually it will be. Not top for tanning salons for that. It’s un-American. #cashonly
