Can’t wait for the new beds &decor updates at Southpark meadows. Room 1 & 3. Can’t control fans or control panels. My 12 min bed only went 9. Always something. No issues at other locations. This 1 is closest.. disappointing since been member since late 90s. This location has no business being open. Staff is alwys incredibly awesome

I’ve o let had great experiences here at this location! I’m a new spray tan member so I can only hope nothing goes terribly wrong like the previous reviews with account discrepancies! Everyone I’ve talked to and worked with has bee very accommodating and there was a gentlemen name, Kenley I think?! Either way he was extremely polite and helpful! I’ve been to a fair share of spray tan facilities and I can honestly say I love this one! For $58/month for unlimited spray tans that I LOVE, I’m a happy customer so far:)

Everyone is always so nice, friendly and helpful! I am a Darque Tan crossover 🙂 had an unlimited/all access membership for over 5 years, if not longer. I am pleased so far with how smoothly things have been during the transition and the service…I’m not going anywhere anytime soon!

Some of the nicer beds I’ve seen in salons. Lauren is always super friendly and helpful if I have questions. The staff is always quick to greet and clean a bed quickly for me if necessary.

Frustrating place most of the time.

The only thing good about this place is it’s location. I have been a member for over a year and frequently have problems with the spray tanning booths. I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to get into the booth, only to find that it is out of solution or not working, and then have to re-dress, remove all of the barrier lotion, and chase someone down to try to fix it. Most of the people that work there have no idea how to troubleshoot problems with the spray booth and don’t seem to be proactive in keeping them working. Will be changing my membership.

This place is super annoying; I had the same experience at a Darque Tan in Addison. Different towns, so I went in with an open mind, but the misguided girl was super rude when I asked about basic level tanning, and I had to listen to a 6 min. spiel about “different types” of activation of UV and skin cells, and rotating through the beds, blah blah blah. They will always have some upgrade/lotion (get lotions online where you can find them for half the salon price) you have to hear about when all you want to do is get your tan in and leave.
