I was in Austin for an event and went by this Palm Beach Tan because it was recommended to me by a friend. I don’t normally get any tans because I just find the whole process confusing and overwhelming normally when I go to other places. I had to write a review though because Megan was the BEST. She really made me feel relaxed, walked me through my options, and made sure to give me a step by step overview of what to expect. She almost convinced me to get the membership (it is such a steal!!) but I dont live in the area and would only get the membership if I could get my tans at this location. Also — the tan looked literally so good!! Not splotchy, the color was great and natural, and Megan also gave me some good tips to keep my tan looking fresh and smooth. Maybe one day I’ll be back.

I had called in after my last experience and hadn’t tanned in a long time (COVID). Went to do versa spa and the spray tan was much lighter on my back side. So the next time I was hesitant and called ahead to ask if I had been positioned wrong during the spray or if he recommended another booth. This review is 1000% based on CJ, who normally does not work at this location, because he was honest and told me he cleaned everything up and my tan was better than ever this time. Can’t say better things about him. He’s transparent, to the point, and very friendly. Hope I see him again at this location soon.

I absolutely love my tanning experience with PBT. From the amazing staff especially JENNA for her kindness each and every time I tan at the Westlake location. I’ve been treated extremely nice and I’m always welcomed into this location with friendly smiles and a pleasant staff. If you ever want to know about any products or services provided I’ve always had each and everyone of my questions answered. I’m highly allergic to many products, but I have been given much information about sensitive skin products offered. I’ve also asked about a bed that had bulbs burnt and quickly was offered a different one which I consider that amazing service. This location is always clean. Coming from Louisiana, I can definitely tell anyone that PBT is quite the step above the rest when it comes to tans!!!! I’m definitely a customer that will always remain a PBT customer. Once again hats off to Jenna, she’s a doll!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact this salon has my favorite level 3 bed, to date. I seriously wish other PBT locations up North, in Round Rock, and/or Cedar Park also had this particular bed. If it wasn’t 45 min from my home, this would be my “home salon”. I can’t really comment on anything else as I didn’t spend much time there. The room I visited was clean & properly “set up”. I didn’t have to wait to be checked in, or for a room. I believe I was the only customer they had, at that time. Will definitely revisit the next time I’m in South/Southwest ATX.
