I had a trip to Vegas planned and needed to get a spray tan before going. I have never been to a palm beach tan before but I was not disappointed. I was a little worried when I did finally rinse off in the shower, as I didn’t have the best lighting so I couldn’t tell if it was vibrant enough. But the very next day, all my worries were gone When I saw how good I looked! I loved it so much I even had to call the salon to give a kudos!

I had a membership for what I thought was one month. Apparently they ran my card for several months until some point at which I put a stop payment on it. I came in again and they expected me to pay $288.00 to restart my membership that I never used past 3 months of paying without coming. The millennial behind the desk gave me the typical I don’t care this is just my job BS. Incredible.

I’ve had a membership here for 3+ years and today was the worst experience I’ve ever had 🙁 There is a new worker named Christie, she not only gave me attitude when I walked in, she was extremely passive aggressive towards me and my family. I politely asked for the manager when she claimed she was. I’ve met the most recent manager, and know that unfortunately wasn’t her. I love this place!! I’ve had a membership here for 3+ years and today was the worst experience I’ve ever had 🙁 There is a new worker named Christie, she not only gave me attitude when I walked in, she was extremely passive aggressive towards me and my family. I politely asked for the manager when she claimed she was. I’ve met the most recent manager, and know that unfortunately wasn’t her. I hope this review will not only be useful for the next people coming to this destination, but for palm beach tan as a company. She needs to be talked to.

Outstanding. The attendants are always helpful and friendly. Beds are clean and I’ve only very rarely waited to get into one in the couple years I’ve been going. The one little itch is that, if you have Verizon, the cell signal inside the booths is infuriatingly nonexistent. So if you want to listen to anything on your phone, download it first. AT&T 5G works adequately.

I tried it called back 2 times to return it because I didn’t like it. Told too bad it was mine due to covid even though their website said 100% refunded . They refused. Now they only want to give me $100 of tha dollars even though they owe me $400. Told me the woman who told me is no longer employed there and basically tough I’m out $400 due to them not following their website posted policy. Horrible isn’t the word. Called their 1800 number as well. Never called me back. They sold me high dollar location that was supposed to be discounted 20% with new membership, it wasn’t and it was almost $400. I tried it called back 2 times to return it because I didn’t like it. These kids have no idea what they are doing and are extremely rude! I have been a member here for over 2 years and every time I go there is an issue. I told her she could call the location I was standing in and she kept saying “only if I wanted her to.” I told her that more then 5 times to call. She continued to ignore me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I will never be back after this experience. And Emily needs to be fired after her rudeness to clients.
