Critical: Professionalism, Qualityi called this location to get some information and the manager was just so extremely snobby…. her name was haley. i felt as if i was bothering her by the way she spoke to me. i went up there to put a face with the voice and sure enough she was a very young girl with no people skills and very little management experience from what i can tell. just by being spoken to this way, i will never walk into this establishment or any of their affiliates ever again and i will be sure to tell everyone that they are better off going somewhere else completely if they want to be treated nicely. oh and also, while there are customers in your lobby, it would be a good idea to not talk about customers and your plan of attack to try and sell them something. i literally felt like a dollar sign and that they couldn’t care less about my experience but more of how much i was possibly going to spend. i am in sales too and understand how it is. but never ever do i talk about that in front of my customers..i called this location to get some information and the manager was just so extremely snobby…. her name was haley. i felt as if i was bothering her by the way she spoke to me. i went up there to put a face with the voice and sure enough …More

Today I visited this location because I was working in the area. I called before hand to see what spray machines they had. The girl who answered name is Fab and she was very informative and even let me know which color she was out of. She offered a different mixture and told me she would hold them for me when I got there. Normally, I would be upset about palm beach being out of stock (which is always the case), but she found away to prevent that from occurring. Once I arrive I was greeted with the same amazing customer service as I was when I called. In all this has been the best location I have visited since palm beach has taken over. I wish this was the same type of service I would receive at the Meyerland location. They always say “not all can be a 10!”

Staff was nice. Place looks nice. After years of spray tanning at Malibu I was completely dissatisfied with the Mystic spray tan. I noticed zero tan after finishing. Was told to give it some time. Got home wife said “I thought you went to tan?” RIGHT! nice people, nice place, horrible tan.

Staff is so helpful with my various questions. Salon is very clean. Prices are average. Their Norvell tanning solution is perfect, not orange at all as long as you follow the instructions for showering. Any spray tan you leave on too long will develop to an orange color.

I was a bit disappointed to hear Palm Beach was buying out Darque Tan; as my human reaction is to resist change. However thus far, it seems to be just fine. The staff I’m familiar with are still there- which is very important to me in a company buy-out situation. I love the pin # aspect & the goggles being provided in salon. My only tiny complaint (s) are the earlier closing time, & little plastic bed-pillows.. Those really are uncomfortable! But I think I can survive with both, & will continue my services in the future.

Great beds and clean facility but customer service is ridiculous. The staff aren’t friendly. They always act as tho you are interrupting their Snapchat time. Or you end up standing outside ringing the bell for 15 minutes.
