Critical: Professionalism, ValueI was a customer of Malibu Tan for years and was happy. I paid Malibu for enough credits to last me two years. The new owner told me that they dont carry over and I must pay a membership in September. That is poor business. If you buy a business with agreements to their customers the new owner should honor those agreements. They insisted I tan on level 1 bed because they dont have my tanning history. I was a customer of Malibu Tan for years and was happy. I paid Malibu for enough credits to last me two years. The new owner told me that they dont carry over and I must pay a membership in September. That is poor business. Once they were bought by Palm Beach, these credits cannot be used unless I first go through several level 1 tanning sessions – at my expense. Once they were bought by Palm Beach, these credits cannot be used unless I first go through several level 1 tanning sessions – at my expense. They claimed my records from Malibu where not copied over and according to FDA rules, I did not have a history of tanning – so I cannot use the level 4 credits I’ve already paid for. Long time Malibu tan client. I haven’t been in quite a while and had no idea they were bought out. I had hundreds of dollars worth of credits and am now being told they are void since it’s been over a year.

Critical: ValueIf you are new here or haven’t tanned in awhile they only allow to tan 5 min and add 1 minute each day you come since they don’t have your tanning history. Ridiculous.
