Salon was extremely clean plus I had zero wait time… Got right in.. on a Saturday!! These tanning salons have a super variety of tanning packages and all brand new beds… and LOTS if them. Their tanning lotions/accelerators are top of the line and they have a vast amount of them. Personally I had a grand experience… enjoyable ME time!!!

Employee Emily was extremely rude and asked me to repeat my last name 3 different times as she held my ID in her hand. When I attempted to use room 12, the bed was malfunctioning and when I asked her if that was normal, she stated that she had never used the beds before so she didn’t know… Honey I can tell from miles away that you spray, poorly, but how about some training and knowledge of where you work?? Then she put me in room 6, where the bed cut off 2 minutes early for no apparent reason – I just gave up and left since the only “employee” working had no clue how the beds work!!!! I will absolutely NEVER return to this location. Waste of my time and gas, yours too stay away!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis store is horrible. For 2 months now I have been telling them their are bulbs burnt out in the i-bed and they still aren’t fix. The staff is very rude. Been a customer of palm beach since before they palm beach (darque tan). Never at any location, before today have i experienced the clerk on the phone, while patrons are waiting to be checked in. So 4 minutes go by as im just patiently waiting. When she decided to wait on me she could not spell my name, I wrote it down for her, and still can’t figure out my account. After having waited, and the inability to find my account I just left. Ill not go back to this location, and I feel sorry for the patrons that have to.

So, I’m giving the two stars only because when I actually like my spray tan, I love it. Unfortunately, whatever product is being used or whatever the employees put in isn’t always what is asked for or isn’t always given I’m assuming. I’ve had multiple tans, using the same add ins. Yet, sometimes I look darker the next day and others I wake up and have minimal change in color. It’s very disappointing. Also, The mystic was leaking water the last time I tanned and it dripped all over me the entire time I was in the booth. I had streaks, brought it to the employees attention and they didn’t seem to care. I had to scrub it all off the streaks were so bad. For the amount you pay, plus the add ins. I want and need consistency. If you select a booth and color, there is no reason it shouldn’t always be the same. I’ve never had this problem before. I’m going to do it a couple more times and take before and after pictures like I wish I did last night to show you the no change. I even bought the most expensive products they have for primer. This is very frustrating when you have to schedule your time for this and have bad results.

I was so blessed to finally find a tanning salon on my side of town. The tanning beds are great with new light bulbs. You can get spray tan. Or you can do it I did and get the lowest costing membership so cheap man. It’s $10 to start and $14 a month you can’t beat that. If you do decide to get go get a membership please say I referred you. I would appreciate that and thank you

Malibu tan all inclusive member for years, now my first time in darque tan (palm beach) they dont have red light therapy bed, they dont have a matrix 360 bed, their upper level bed is down for maintenance. I’m now getting 1/3 of my “All inclusive” membership at $99 monthly. I’m calling corporate in the morning to see what’s new and improved. Red bed helped alot. I hope a salon out there still has it.

I used to tan at a tanning salon that was recently sold out to Palm Beach so I was one day a member here. I did it for a month and couldn’t deal with the constant up sales for everything and the horrible customer service! I miss the old place that made me feel like family
