I go there every other day to tan and everyone is so nice and I have my daughter with me and all the ladies there are nice enough to let her sit there since she’s 5. This girl wouldn’t let me tan because she wasn’t of age. I get it but if they let me do this all the time then they shouldn’t not let me after all that. I’m a good customer and enjoy this place but the girl was bigger set and young with brown hair curly split down the middle. Was pretty rude and not welcoming. Wouldn’t come in if she’s working.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueEmployees are very unknowledgeable. Every time I have questions I’m told something different. They will tell you one price and then charge something else. I tried to freeze my account and I did it before the month ended. I was called to go out of town. At the beginning of the month they still charged my card the full price. They told me it’s because I didn’t let them know by the 25th. If I would’ve known I was still going to get charged I would have tanned the couple weeks couple weeks I was still here. Even though it was their fault they still charged my card and wouldn’t refund it. This isn’t the first time they’ve told me a certain price and then charged me more. Employees are very unknowledgeable. Every time I have questions I’m told something different. They will tell you one price and then charge something else. I tried to freeze my account and I did it before the month ended. I was called to go out of town. At the beginning of the month they still charged my card the full price. This particular salon opens earlier than the other in my area wch rocks! The ladies could use some customer care training because they aren’t very pleasant but the salon is clean and ive never had any issues other than a clear display of someone who seemed to hate her job. Ill return daily if im able.

I really liked this location! I wish it could be my usual one! The staff is really friendly and helpful. She explained to me exactly what I bought yesterday when I started my membership the other day. The place is very welly kept, the bathrooms are spotless and the each tanning room is like checking into a hotel room for about 10-20 minutes. I usually don’t have time to put lotion on before I head to the salon so I always ask for them to delay my auto start up for 10 minutes, they were more than happy to oblige.

Absolutely horrible. The price for a spray tan was beyond ridiculous. I wanted a dark golden tan so I had to buy additional packet colors. I tamed at 3:00 pm in the afternoon & did not shower until the next morning & when I did the tan completely washed off along with my $98 down the drain. I have spray tanned for years prior to an event or vacation & never had this happen
