It’s the Conroe location not the Woodlands where the lady working there kept yelling from the front desk down the hall for me not to help my friend with the net over their hair crazy and didn’t push the blue button. Yelling in front of all the guest there, On the last review never going again. Love the other locations never had a problem Tomball is my favorite!

The first spray tan I received was amazing; came out perfect. Second, they were out of a bunch of products but I was told it wouldn’t effect the tan. The tan came out way darker. Every tan since has been inconsistent with color and the machine does not spray the bottom half of my legs. The top of my legs always has swirls or lines. I have an “unlimited” membership here for $66.95 p/m. Nothing about this sunless spray tan is unlimited. I spend anywhere from $10-$80 every time I go in. The gal said if I did the membership it would cost an extra ten bucks each time for the color lock if I did the unlimited monthly. They do not provide details about what you are paying for or an itemized receipt. Their business practices are sketchy and unprofessional.

So my friend worked here for a little bit. Unfortunately one of her family members passed away who lived out of town. She left for the funeral and when she came back for her scheduled time to work, they said she had been fired. AND THEY NEVER TOLD HER PRIOR! Never informed her that she had been terminated. Terrible company to work for. Terrible people in general. They obviously don’t care about their employees so why in the world would they care about their customers. What’s a joke.

After moving and signing up for tanning here, I was informed today because I had not tanned in 14 day period I was unable to use the full time. Evidently this is a company policy. It’s a policy that makes no sense and one that should not be up to the company but rather the customer.

I haven’t tanned in years and Chloe and Karlie Made my experience amazing! There was no hassle for upgrades or purchasing of lotions like the other reviews said. Every question I had was answered, my month was prorated, and billing was explained throughly. There was no hassle for upgrades or purchasing of lotions like the other reviews said. Every question I had was answered, my month was prorated, and billing was explained throughly. Sarah is the best! She makes everyone feel at ease very knowledgeable and very on top of the game! She makes sure she explains all the new products, knows how to get you the best possible tanning experience! As well she keeps it very clean and gets you in and out quickly! It’s not just a tanning salon it’s a relaxing enjoyable experience! I have followed Sarah to each location because I trust her and her knowledge on what’s best! I’ve been a member for years. I have anemia really bad and it helps me alot. Very friendly & Knowledgeable staff at most locations. I also ❤️❤️❤️ that I can go to any Palm Beach Tans no matter where you are. I recently tanned in Tennessee, Mississippi & always tan in whatever city or location I am closest to.
