Critical: Quality, ValueBeen a customer for 5 years, came in today and was told the bed has new bulbs and was only allowed 5 minutes! Did my monthly bill go down? no. The bed maker recommends 10 minutes with new bulbs they are trying to save their bulbs. I guess when you have a monopoly in Houston they can do what they want.Service: Tanning

The staff is friendly, attentive & knowledgeable. This location is a bit smaller than the Grand Parkway location & does not carry all the spa services (no spa egg) – but what it lacks in the spa services, it makes up for in spades with excellent management, customer service, cleanliness & a large assortment of tanning lotions. They have Level 1 – 5 beds, spray tanning, red light therapy, a massage chair & you can purchase a variety of packages or get a monthly membership. ( It’s less expensive to choose the direct deposit from your bank account if you choose to purchase a monthly membership.) The only issue I’ve ever had there was that the parking lot can get a bit crowded during lunch time & after school due to it sharing a parking lot with Starbucks & a popular Peruvian bistro

tried this place for my first time ever and felt extremely great about it. Ashley told me she was new but she still was extremely informative and thorough when explaining pricing, the beds, etc. and helped me about the whole process because I’m also a newbie in general to tanning. I felt very comfortable and it was overall a great session. Going to coming back.

I like the salon over all but wish they had the red light therapy beds. The stand up bed is soooo small that i cannot stay in there more than 3 or 4 minutes because it sends me into a claustrophobic panic attack and the door isnt easy to get open which makes it even worse.

Employee Jordan says they don’t have bronze so I had to use clear. Not a big deal but i have had several instances of uncalled for rude, childish behavior from this chick. I was an employee at darque tan unbeknownst to her, so its easy to catch the lies.I’d be happy to offer free customer service classes to the staff as a measure of community service for other professional women just trying to stay . This location has really declined since the sale of DT. I will be moving my membership unless something is done.
