Critical: ProfessionalismIt’s like an angry pack of catty high school hyenas (in their 30s) who work the front desk. Been coming here for 3 months and today I’m going to cancel my membership and go somewhere else. I have witnessed consistent rude and unfriendly service to myself and other customers. I’m over it. It’s like an angry pack of catty high school hyenas (in their 30s) who work the front desk. Been coming here for 3 months and today I’m going to cancel my membership and go somewhere else. I have witnessed consistent rude and unfriendly service to myself and other customers. I’m over it. Bad service. Bad attitudes. Not worth ruining your day over this place.

Critical: ProfessionalismJust cancelled my membership for the 2nd time. I went in store and cancelled my membership two weeks ago, based only on my experience with the rude staff. None of the staff at this location is professional or helpful, and everyone I dealt with has a bad attitude. I cancelled the membership and went on my way. Today, I get a charge for the amount of the full membership. When I called to ask why I was charged, Courtney must have been irritated I called and advised me no cancellation forms had been signed by me. I was confused, no one had offered me any cancellation forms when I was in 2 weeks ago. Courtney then got a bad attitude with me over the phone (again, the original reason I cancelled my membership in the first place) and stated there was nothing she could do in store to refund me, but would have a district manager contact me. The equipment at this store is fine, customer service is just non-existent. The location on Cherry Park is so much more friendly and helpful! None of the staff at this location is professional or helpful, and everyone I dealt with has a bad attitude. I cancelled the membership and went on my way. Critical: Cleanliness, QualityThis is the worst location, girls are alright nothing spectacular but the beds are disgusting. I worked at a tanning salon before and I know what happens when you don’t take the full minute to clean beds you can spread bacteria. I miss Darque Tan that was the best tanning salon ever their standards were much higher and the salons were spotless before palm beach took over. This is the worst location, girls are alright nothing spectacular but the beds are disgusting. I worked at a tanning salon before and I know what happens when you don’t take the full minute to clean beds you can spread bacteria.
