Every single staff member is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, always smiling. Love each of them and all the beds! A couple minor repairs need to be done on some of the beds such as music not working, spray mist not working, etc. Wish prices were cheaper on memberships and products also. But they are comparable with other salons. I’ll always choose Palm Beach over the competitors tho!

Great customer service, the staff is very welcoming and knowledable on the products, they always promote any upgrades or specials that are available. Very clean beds. The only complaint i have is when i went to tan today 3/23/18 the electricity was off, which i understand things happen, however the staff was burning up, no AC, and it was truly hot in there, i feel like corporate should have decided to close the store with a sign on the front door explaing the issue and also reporting on social media so members would know the issue before hand. I can respect a business when the staff are taken care of, with a business like this the front line is the staff, an when the staff feels their best intrest is being taken care of then that reflects on members. The girls were really nice, i just feel horrible that they were told to stay in such a hot, miserable environment.

Skylar is always pleasant to see when I get there. She’s always cheery and promoting the products! You can tell she takes pride in her work….I don’t know her personally but she does remember the customers names to make it as quick as possible to get them in a room!
