I love this location!!! The beds are always clean and well taken care of! The lotion selection is amazing too. And I absolutely recommend doing the premier rewards membership because you get free upgrades and discounts on lotions! I just upgraded to platinum and it’s amazing!!! The staff is ALWAYS very nice and professional! Also they’re always happy and I love that! All of the staff go above and beyond especially Erica H!! The 1st time I met her it felt like we were old friends! I’ve never had a bad experience here and I will definitely stay with palm beach tan!!

Reyna(the assistant manager) is awesome! She helped me originally get my membership and gave me a really good deal on my lotion because my face was obviously horrified by how much it was lol (but hey if you’re gonna do something do it right!) has always been super friendly and informative since! Would definitely recommend this place.

I was a member at this location before and everything was fine. I called again to get a short term membership and was told the price on the phone. I asked again for her to confirm the price and said I would be in. I drove 20 minutes to get to the location and the same person told me a different price. She then said she quoted me wrong and would not honor that price. I called the manager (Brittany) and left my information and never heard from anyone. I have owned a business before and would have called the person back.and resolved the problem even if I had lost money!!

I have been a member here for over a year, and after reading the comments I can clearly see this location needs someone who knows how to be professional and work with customers without being snarky and smiling like it’s funny to lose a customer. I walked in and trash was on the floor and I tripped walking back to speak with the manager. the beds were not cleaned but the young lady had plenty of time to be on her phone. I have reached out to corporate to cancel my membership because the manager told me corporate would handle it. Of course corporate called back and left a voicemail while i was at work explaining I have to drive a another 20 mins again because i have to cancel in the store. so who the heck is running this company?? does anyone know what the heck is going on?? Do not waste ur money, time or energy to be treated like this, find somewhere else like anytime fitness that is cheaper than this plus u get a gym membership also…. I truly know after corporate left no way for me to contact them that company does NOT value their customers
