Since they seem to have new people every few months. I assume it’s where train people. The ladies that have been there are very nice and helpful. From time to time I’ve had a tiff with 1 of the ladies. And seem to have problems with the store manager, unclear as to why. But the beds are always clean, the place is very cleans, it’s for most part ,easy to get into whatever bed of my choosing. I’m very serious about my sessions at Palm Beach Tan it’s my 15 min of peace & serenity.Yes I would & do tell people about them. I’ve never had a problem at any other Palm Beach and those I would 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

I went to get the phone number and I was reading the reviews and thinking yup, absolutely, right ! This place is my favorite place to go and relax . Nick . Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, ValueI’ve had a memebership for over 5 yrs . I moved to the west 7th area 3 yrs ago thinking the salon was convenient. Been in there 4 times this month and each time can’t tan cause either have to wait in a line for more than 5 min , bed not ready , one person working , no parking. Only time I did tan had to pay 10 dollars extra beside my memebership fee just to tan . Now I’m having to tan after working trying to find a palm beach near me or on my way home. I’m going to give Palm Beach another try because it is close and convenient. I’ve waited almost 2 years after frustration at the Ridgmar location. I was promised a refund repeatedly for mistakes they made but it never happened. Hope this is better location.

This place is just okay. I really prefer the palm beach closer to my house because the employees are more friendly. Went in to spray tan and they were out of dark so she recommended something she said was equivalent to dark called medium pure for an extra 6 dollar charge. I was thinking okay I pay for this monthly membership and you dont have the product so you offer something equivalent for an extra charge? I will be going to the palm beach closer to home from now on.
